Formed from the existing St James School this is a new build and adaptation of
an existing Victorian building in the centre of Accrington creating new managed
offices and a meeting hall for local community groups. Sensitive additions and
careful restoration were employed to ensure the valuable contribution to the urban
fabric. Completed September 2004 at a cost of approx £800,000. |
